
Limas & Associates, LLC was founded by brothers, Gilbert R.
Limas and Dr. Joe R. Limas, as
an alternative solutions provider of quality, affordable, and responsive services and solutions to
it clients. From our roots in engineering, we've grown our services to
include proposal development, management, leadership and
organizational development. We've grown to
meet the evolving needs of our clients, but never once have
we forgotten our focus or our principles: to remain agile,
responsive, and to listen.

Dr. Joe R. Limas-
is a management and organizational development
consultant. He has more than 25 years of management
experience, and more than 11 years experience developing
competitive proposals. Working with firms ranging from
small single owner, to Fortune 100 companies; he leverages his
experience in organizational development to help firms
achieve competitive and sustainable advantage. He is an
expert at using technology to improve business efficiency.
Dr. Limas holds undergraduate
and graduate degrees in Aeronautics, and a doctorate in
Management.
Dr. Steve Tidwell-
has been a college professor for eleven years, and has
taught at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.
Steve earned a B.B.A. from Northwood University, an M.B.A.
from Amberton University, and a Doctorate of Business
Administration from the University of Sarasota (Argosy
University). He has consulted clients in the areas of
starting and managing small businesses. In addition to
managing and marketing the business, he has provided
consultation in innovation, strategic management,
motivation, and issues on human resource management
including sexual harassment, training and development, and
performance appraisals, bringing them to a more productive
environment.
Mr. Tom Rodriguez-
is an expert at business development and business
intelligence. His experience includes national and
international client portfolios, including numerous Global
1000 clients. With business law as a background, he
leveraged that understanding to help companies achieve
successful vertical and horizontal mergers, integrations,
and acquisitions. He has provided consultation across a
variety of industry segments, focusing on strategic intent
and vision.
